Can't hurt to try it, and you can always switch back to your current regimen without having to go through yet another washout. And I bet once you start mirtazapine you won't even need the alprazolam. So give it a try! It can't hurt and it might really help and you can go back to what you're on now with ease. I'd definitely try it before trying Nardil. Nardil is a great drug, but, trust me, washouts seriously suck big time.
