I would kind of like to lose a lot of weight. I'm more or less stable if you call sitting at home for two years only going out for food and doctors appts. stable.
I don't feel depressed but I'm just not interested enough in anything to move.Sorry, off topic. Anyone have any input on this newfangled idea? Something tells me that if I could drop this weight I might actually care about getting out more. At the very least maybe I could avoid diabetes in the process.
