According to myfitnesspal, a man of my height and age doing a desk job will burn 2500 calories a day or so, so by eating 1500 i should lose a kilo a week (actualy, i think i will lose more, i did last time i did this)
Myfitnespal set me a target of 1600 calories, so i will have a diet yoguht after dinner as dessert
