washout periods from adderall and dexedrine where nothing but hell....no life, no energy, but much bigger appitite....
you can eat ... if you have alot of food it can calm the nerves and level you out from the digestive system processing it....when dexedrine wore off....i drank half a pint of southern comfort wiskey and ate lots a chiense food...pizza, it changed everyday....
a benzo, yea its like perfect for it...it relexes the nerves and lets the person come back to normal....also nuerontin would be good for that...yet its not real potent as a sedative...the nueroleptics like sedating antipsyhotics are good...zyprexa, seroquel, go down the list...give a feeling of ease....and relief from unpleasant thoughts
coffee sometimes can be good...it just depneds what part of the day it is....if you feel like it have a glass of wine or beer....but don't let alcohol start to be a daily thing....alcoholism will surface...but its good to have a drink once a while when you feel like sh*t.
lyrica would be vary good for washout periods...its stronger than nuerontin, it slight increases mood...and is good for anxiety...ask you doctor...but its complicated for them prescibe it...usally they use it for offlabel anxiety treatment.
hang in there...
