Now i am on 40mg of Memantine per day and i almost can't feel the stimulant anymore again :( Well, i do feel decreased appetite, jaw clenching, and maybe it does help to concentrate a little bit better. But it is nothing compared to how i felt the first few days.

I'm a bit confused, though. You said you have ADHD, but as far as I can tell, the only meds you've been on to treat that are Strattera and Adderall. Memantine and Aricept are drugs used for Alzheimer's disease, and somewhat experimentally in major depression. Lastly, Lamictal and Topamax are used as mood stabilizers. Are you on anything right now that actually treats ADHD? And IF I'm understanding correctly, are you looking for drugs that will help with tolerance, and have heard that Lamictal and/or Topamax would do so? I have never heard of either helping with stim tolerance. And I'd be interested if there actually was some merit to that, as I take Ritalin for severe trd, and I absolutely HATE when I develop tolerance to it and have to take a holiday.
If you could just clear things up for us a bit, I'm sure you'll get lots of good advice. Good luck.
