But they don't tell you it has negative cognitive effects, that it causes actual physical brain damage, that it usually does not work well, and when it does the effect only lasts for a month or so.
If I'd known these things I never would have done it. And in my case, it not only did not help, it made my depression and anxiety much, much worse.
