Seeing P-Doc-Need Advice

Hi

I'm a bit stumpted
I think I'm Bipolar II, don't really get Mania
Just anxiety
I'm seeing my P-doc next week

I'm currently taking
Lamactal-200mg
Quetiapin-200mg
Paroxetine-30mgs

This combination isn't really working well enough
I think I will ask Her to augment the Paroxetine with Agomelatine
Or Mianserine- Similar to Mirtazapine
Could ask for an increase in Lamactal
I live in the UK, its hard to get them to change meds
