I would consider continuing to take Nardil at a minimum dosage of 60 mg/day and look for the side effects to disappear within a few weeks. I have had similar reactions to MAOIs, and they have thus far disappeared rather quickly.

So I'm gonna do remeron + zoloft until enough time passes to trial Nardil again since I believe it can work again, I just need a long enough break.
When I was on Nardil with the shivers I only used klonopin or seroquel on and off. No serotonergic meds.
I normally start off on 45 mg but I think that might be a good idea to do 15 mg a week. The only problem I see is that it may take a while to get an AD response. I guess I could use seroquel to help get me by day to day.
And if I were to use lithium if anything I'd do nardil first and then add lithium. There must be a reason as to why I shiver at higher doses. I think that it's excess norepinephrine because I got that on parnate too and cymbalta.
