I haven't tried it myself. Hypertension is the major concern. 1-PP is the reason I have avoided Buspar. Remeron and an investigational drug called idazoxan both exacerbate my depression. I think the culprit mechanism is NE alpha-2 antagonism.
I wish I could be of more help. Perhaps someone who has actually tried combining a MAOI with Buspar will offer some feedback.
