i enjoy smoking, started when i was 17....but since then i have to clear my throught and then cough up yukky stuff[phym] and its usally nasty, but im just worried that infections in the lungs can happen, a while back i got so sick my lungs felt like they where hot iron, they burned and they felt as heavy as iron...i couldnt smoke for 4 days because of the infection or whatever it was....so im fine right now, but still the risk of infection again inside the lungs is there.....bronacitus or something? but its much worse when it gets bad...smoking is good when im bored, or when im studying...the nicotine increases concentration and focus...not like caffeine its vary indirect...also when im stressed nicotine has both stimulating effects, and relaxation effects depending on the situation. I have alburerol a thing they give people for ashma, where it opens the lungs to breathe correctly. I had to use it when i had severe bronicatus.
But i have to ask....is there anything to reverse or stop infections from happening in the lungs? like loads of vitamen C? or antibiotics....i can't take antibiotics regularly...they cause side effects....only when an infection is present is when i use it.
I just wished i could pull my lungs out and get a sponge and soap and wash them clean lol they need to come up with a inhalant that cleans the pores of the lungs....
but does anyone have any suggestion....and yes i know the first thing to come to mind is to stop smoking...but alternatives, or anything I would really appricate it....its ok if no one has a respnse...
thanks for reading...
