Believe me when I say, at 27, you are still young. I know it may sound like hollow words right now. But you have many years a head of you to turn things around and that is reason to not give up. Remember the people that care about you and maybe make a gratitude list of all the things you do have. You may be surprised of what comes to mind. Some people are starving or homeless and have nothing or no one. I say this not to downplay the pain you are feeling at the moment.
You mentioned that you have practically used up all of the possible therapeutic avenues available. So, why not try the 30 day in patient setting. I have been to one before and you maybe surprised. Just the change of setting can get your mind off of the daily stressors of life. And precious time to work on yourself. Plus, you will have psychiatrists and medical staff on hand. Specifically to help you improve and start on the road to recovery. The fact that your insurance will cover it, is a huge benefit. I mean it affords you a chance at treatment many cannot afford.
I say go for it!!! You have nothing to lose!!!
