What dosage of Prozac are you taking? Some people go as high as 60 mg/day.

You should be able to cross over from Prozac to Zoloft directly without a taper. Prozac stays in the system long enough such that you are actually cross-titrating. I doubt you will experience any withdrawal effects.

What dosage of Zoloft will you be taking? Adding Wellbutrin might solve the energy problem. This combination is sometimes referred to as "Welloft".
