P, Ive had a couple of relapses with my anxiety,and panic. Ive gone up on my klonopin and Im unsure as to whether to continue with .75mg or just try to taper off again. As you know,I never wanted to stay on it many years. I am considering going back into cbt. One of my relapses happened 3 days after my flu shot. Just out of the blue,at bedtime,I started with panic,but didnt progress to full blown attacks. My anxiety lasted a week. I believe Scott said that the flu shot can stimulate your immune system and that can cause anxiety in some. Well, it has really freaked me out since Ive had no panic while on k. I even took a sliver of remeron a few nights,and it worked wonderfully with the klonopin. I found out just a sliver works better than a 1/4 of the pill. Ive also become very sad about the shootings in CT, as has everyone, and am finding it hard to celebrate the holidays. I hope you are doing well. Whenever I get concerned about benzos and my brain, I remember that you had a normal mri,after being on them for quite a while,and I dont worry so much.
