Could it be that you have built up a tolerance to amphetamines to the point that you take one and that makes your body tired? Maybe a holiday from the amphetamines would help. And if you do take a holiday, perhaps you should consider switching to Ritalin. I like it SO much better than the amphetamines. Amphetamines just don't do anything for me really. But Ritalin can make me feel good. Plus Ritalin, the IR form at leaast, is dirt cheap. It's worth it trying different stims because everyone can react differently to each one. I am trying Focalin, today is my first day, and already I'm thinking it may be absolutely wonderful...it doesn't make me feel too anxious.
