flu shot causing emotional symptoms?

Its a four days after I got the flu shot. Over the past 4 days I have lapsed into a suicidal mess (don't worry no risk). Sudden insomnia, crying and extreme emotional reactivity. Could this be related to the flu shot? I don't know what else has changed.
