It might be worth adding a "typical" antipsychotic for a while to things improve, say haloperidol 1.5mg - 5mg twice a day?

GAD, Panic Disorder, Endrogenous Depression

Sertaline 100mg/day
Bupropion 300mg/day
Risperidone 1mg/day
Alprazolam 2-3mg/day
