Don't give up on the Nardil yet, your pattern is pretty typical at this point (Many have a blip of effectiveness for the first few weeks). You need 2 months to know whether or not a particular dose will work for you.
As for the poop out, I have no idea why it happens, but many here can empathize with you. Seems like there are feedback loops in your brain that do a good job of returning you to your natural mood. Have you done any CBT?
