Hi Phillipa,
SS is a possibility, but it's not common with Tramadol and SRIs, and even less of a possibility with low doses.
I think I was getting depressed independent from the Lamictal, and it just made me feel worse. It definitely made me feel flat and just down, which went away when I stopped it.
I don't know about lowering my Lexapro. To add insult to injury, I have PMDD, and I'm pms-ing right now. That usually comes out as major irritability and melancholy, so it's kind of confounding things. I can't say I was really pacing, it's more like I'm not sleeping, getting out of bed, walking around and don't know what to do with myself. I'm totally unmotivated and restless and I'm over thinking. I can't even properly describe how I feel, it's just not good.
Thanks,
b
