overalert...burning up in my skin

well like i posted before im having severe insomnia...and it results in the next day of being in a nervous wreck...jittery, overalert state...can't sleep even if I want too...its really getting bad....would seroqouel or some antipsychotic put an end to this? a benzo actually would not help this vary much....i have taken lorazepam in the past when I had insomnia for repeated days....it took 12mg to compeltly sedate all the rush, anixety, shaking...
i may go back to zyprexa...but seriously guys i am filled with adrenaline in my body right now...norephineprhine overload....
help...anything...
