I've never tried Provigil, but as I posted below, Concerta has been almost a magic ingredient in my cocktail for treating bipolar depression. There's a lot of evidence that I do have comorbid ADHD, and the stimulant has pretty much eliminated all those ADD behaviors, but it has also had a really positive effect on mood. I think the stims are worth trying.
Now as to how to get it, I'm not sure how your public health system works. If all controlled substances are out, you probably will need to see someone privately.
