My depression is usually characterized by low mood, lethargy and anxiety, but it varies. If I'm in a severe depressive episode, I can't move out of bed or shower or function at all, and generally feel like I'm losing my mind. Right now, though, it's just a low mood, lack of motivation, excessive sleep and exhaustion. I'm only on 25 mg as I just started and am titrating up...
