Yet most of the staff member and the doctors where not there...but the people that where there where warm that day.... most of the day on the 25th. I rerember they gave us presents litterly in boxes rapped up, there no bows...but they where bibles, sweat shirts, spirals with pens, some people got stuffed bears...it was ok really...but my mom called the hospital and called the ward and was crying because she wanted me with her on that day, with the family. The day after they went back to their regular psychiatric enviroments.

I've been in the hospital a couple of times and I can't imagine the staff ever being so kind and giving. Sounds like a nice memory you have. Thanks for sharing it, and btw, it wasn't funny at all, just very uplifting:)

>I should clarify; I made a mean generalization there about the staff at a psych hospital. Some of them were the kindest people in the world. I bet you were one of them Phillipa :)
