> Just an update on the combo so helpfully recommended by Jono and Scott...even though I'm only on 15mg of Nardil per day and 25mg/day of Nortryp, at this point, already I'm experiencing a positive effect; my anxiety is practically gone, and I've noticed I'm starting to feel a bit more positive. I can now focus on a book (I love to read), and that's always a GOOD indicator of improvement of my mood. So some tentative thanks to you both, Jono and Scott :)

Experiencing a "blip" improvement within the first 3 - 5 days is supposed to be a good indicator of ultimate response. Be aware, however, that this improvement often dissipates within a few days. If this is the case with you, you may very well see the emergence of a more robust and long-lasting response with continued treatment. I guess what I'm trying to say is that you should not feel defeated if you lose your current improvement. You must be patient. It could take another 3 weeks before you feel better again. Of course, it would be nicer if you don't lose your current improvement and are able to watch it grow.
