I don't understand the sheep metaphor. I am just not familiar with it.
I'm sorry you are disappointed by Psycho-Babble.
I try not to invalidate people's reports of the side effects produced by psychotropic medications. I have learned to respect the short-term and long-term effects of these powerful drugs.
I would like to say that the persistent effects you refer to are actually symptoms of illness that would disappear with an effective medical treatment. Of course, I don't know that. It would just be a more convenient explanation.
