starting over again -how do we do it sometimes?

hello people
just found out after four years my seroquel is giving me bad side effects ,sore eye muscles, bad headaches, hard to focus eyes, dizzy ness, i thought i had caught a virus but the doctors have ruled it out.i just want to crawl into a hole and disapear not a bad idea cee
