im having a nasty fungal infection *URGENT*

Hi i'm taking as prescribed ointment Nizoral

twice daily for 2 weeks and its gotten worse,
i asked the nurse they say keep putting it on the big red spot, i think they are insane, this is also affecting my mood this ointment.. yes its true i feel it...

the thing is i am getting psychiatric treatment right now and dont these people know any better?

I want to quit this ointment, and ask for an dermatologic appointment asap...

whar started as 3 spots is not 1 big spot :(
