Your spiritual solutions offer no help on a board in which people wish to discuss medication to treat very serious mental illness. The kinds which someone such as yourself could never comprehend.

Seemed to be doing well until the 1year mark at which point my panic disorder and depression came back full force (I have dealt with this problem for many years) but now I wake up in a cold sweat and cannot stand to be alone. (Which I am most of the time) I go to work come home and sit on the couch pretending to watch Tv. Not much of a life . Am on Xanax, propranalol and depakote (have been for years) . Anyone had a similar experience? Any ideas, advice, etc would be greatly apppreciated. Best to all.

Realy, if they say to take another drug, why did not your doctor do that? And could not that type of advice be detrimantal to your health and possibly be a death sentence to you? I mean you could be a less-confident person and go out and get the drug that they say to take and die from the drug.

You see, the longer one takes mind-altering drugs, the greater the probability of death or a life-ruining condition. And then there is addiction if you want out of the hands of the drug world. And those hands can be very far-reaching and have a hold on you.
