I don't think its clinical "personality" has been well established. I really don't know what to expect from it with you. With me, it produced a transient antidepressant effect that was free from SSRI-type apathy and amotivation. It was not mind-numbing. It did not affect sexual function adversely. My only concern for you is that you have in place a drug that would act to restrict a manic reaction. As far as prazosin is concerned, you should be able to take it with any psychotropic. Just be aware that there are a few startup side effects that usually disappear within a week or two. For me, only occasional dizziness was a lingering problem. This is not surprising given that it was being combined with two other drugs that tend to produce orthostatic hypotension.
