If you are benefitting from it, id say stick it out. The only two side effects for me that lasted were insomnia and delayed ejaculation.. thats not all bad though, women tend to be pretty impressed with the endurance.
If the sexual side effects last.. you could take requip for example.
Also i made good experiences with l-histidine against delayed ejaculation, too.
