No Topamax

I've tried Topamax and it makes me really dumb and gives me bladder retention. So this is a lady result.
Anyone know why this is happening? Is it a surge of serotonin?
Just a weird side effect of med?
Great for depression though.
I might go back to Adderall.
Maybe if I get to a higher dose of Lamictal I can tolerate Adderall without feeling too speedy.
