Word-finding problems as titrate Buspar

I'm having some noticeable word-finding problems as I titrate Buspar up from 15 to 30 daily.
Has anyone else noticed this on Buspar? Does it go away after titration?
How do you ameliorate word-finding problems? Exercise maybe? OR is it here to stay?
