I think you'll be perfectly fine working with that combination. Mirtazapine is a noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressant and is also structurally a tetracyclic. Effexor is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor and Wellbutrin works througgh norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibition. I beleive Mirtazapine will boost the effects of the Wellbutrin and Effexor.
