Oh, I also take fish oil!
So, my daily regimen is
Multivitamin/mineral
Antioxidant with e, c and betacarotene in moderate doseages
Selenium 200mcg
Vitamin D 1000 units
Fish Oil 1000mg x 3
Magnesium (citrate) 200mg
Calcium 600mg
Ginseng capsule (just started this one)
