Hey Jeroen. I'm sorry to hear you are suffering so much. I don't experience the psychosis side of things, but depression and cognitive symptoms really suck (understatement of history, no?). Your despair is evident in your writing. I really feel for you.

There's a poster on the Alternative board, Lao Tzu, who has benefited greatly from using supplements (in conjunction with medication) for positive/negative symptoms. Perhaps you could pop over there for some suggestions? Do consult your doctor before adding anything, though, just in case some of the supplements can't be mixed with your meds.

I have read studies about cognitive remediation therapy being helpful for people with mental illness who struggle with cognitive symptoms. It's a form of occupation therapy. Perhaps you could ask your doctor for a referral?

Here's some further information if you are up to reading it:

You could take the study summaries to your doctor if it's something you'd like to do.

I hope these couple of ideas are of some use. Hang in there.
