She dwells with BeautyBeauty that must die;
And Joy, whose hand is ever at his lips

Is there a connection between melancholy and joy? Apathy and chronicity so often follows treatment with ADs. It seems like you can't attack melancholy with psychopharmaceuticals without damaging joy sometimes.
