Maybe go up in dosage of Wellbutrin to 300 mg? This is really the "sweet spot" for most people. If that doesn't work, then you can move on to the next step in your plan.

Does caffeine help at all?

How do you respond to stimulants like methylphenidate or amphetamine? Sometimes people can time their dosing of a stimulant so that it gives them more energy during the day without affecting sleep too much.

Depressions that get worse during the late afternoon and evening often respond to MAOIs.
