John I have not experienced this but then I've never been totally off ad's except for first one paxil l0mg. Kept the xanax as low dose. Have to admit felt better but then wasn't depressed. Hoping the ketamine trial goes better than well. If the suicidal thoughts are the same then good. Can you try again to get out a bit for a walk? Phillipa
