Yes,p,it was very hard to keep hiking,but I went very early,used wet paper towels to cool down.We had water,but no hot water,then found out we had a boil water advisory.they said we couldnt even bathe in it w/o boiling it! Well,you cant boil water in this,so they gave out bottled water,and food.Shelters opened,and fed people.Ive never been thru anything like it,and will never forget it.Yes,I felt empowered by my sheer will to survive this,and I took my k everyday,but didnt increase it!Now I think, why can I go thru something that difficult,yet I cannot taper off this little pill?maybe now i can.
