thanks, bleauberry. your perspective is helpful and spot on.
it's truly a situation where we, as patients, know better than docs as far as what works best for us.

I just had my pdoc give me an rx for a low dose of Wellbutrin (150 mg), so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that in conjunction with lexapro and deplin, this could help me out of the hole. I'm also taking pharmaceutical grade fish oil, which I'm hoping will help stabilize my mood. I'm giving this regimen a couple of weeks to work, and in the interim will continue to search for the right doc. I'll keep you posted, and thanks again.
