I hope your system is reregulated by donepezil such that you regain the ability to experience reward and pleasure. I will be very interested to read your follow-up posts.

Interestingly, Wellbutrin acts as a nicotinic receptor antagonist. A follow-up study evaluating the potential for Wellbutrin or Chantix (a partial agonist) to reverse the anti-craving effect of donepezil against methamphetamine cravings would be warranted, I think.
