one of the reasons for this that people have anxiety and feel frozen, when they take benzos it relieves their state of frozenness, and some people feel that it lets them function normal. I used to be prescibed both xanax and temezpam and took them together at night, prescibed for medical reasons, and it would make me feel I wanted to get up and do stuff....kinda like that euphoric drunk feeling you get from alcohol that starts when you start drinking...its vary stimulating because it lessnes inhibition tempoarly increases activity.
