That right there was how I felt at my lowest and actively suicidal. I felt abandoned. I realized that I had hit the end of the road as far as psychiatry.
I have since developed a new attitude in regards to my mental health and psychiatry's "cookie cutter" diagnosis of my mental condition.
I am in a better place in regards to my overall, state of well being, than when I was in psychiatry's care.
Phooey! Like a hamster in a wheel is how I consider my ten years spent under the care of psychiatry.
I guess all I can add is, "Iv'e been in a similar situation as yours in regards to the frustration of mental health and the current state of treatment".
