Hi,
After spending most of my twenties on fluoxetine which helped in ways but ultimately made me apathetic and completely lack motivation and feel emotionless most of time i moved to parnate. I am on 30mg a day as higher doses were too high giving me side effects etc.
The thing is at times on parnate i feel back to my old self from before i became anxious/depressed BUT during the day time i still get a lot of anxiety and worry about stupid things like if someone looks at me in my neighbourhood and i dont know them I fear they could want to do harm to me. By later in day no such worries anxiety are there and i can nearly laugh at the excess worry of earlier in day. I also feel better mood wise in evening, whereas during day i can be lowish in mood,low energy etc.
My problem seems to be GAD/Dysthymia from what i can gather . Im still not sure how i ended up in this position after 12 years of taking 40+combinations of meds, talk therapy etc. Anyway any suggestions for reducing anxiety during day ir will i have to switch to Nardil to get more anxiety relief. Parnate also pushes my heart rate up a lot due to its stimulatory effect.
