Don't take meds

I have been on ssri's or ssri's or 12 years. I recently tried to stop and I can't. I KNOW that once you are on these drugs, your brain can;t function at the same level without them. I Know it. If you aren't on meds yet or you havent been on them for long do not go on them. They are used to avoid coping with life but they are poor substitute.
