Well, Xanax has been part of my repertoire for a long time, and it's been consistently helpful in treating insomnia. But i don't know if it would help my severe depression--- or at least I'd need a lot more of it!
In good news the ability seems to be kicking in. Feeling not too bad. Having trouble figuring out when to take it. In the morning, I sleep all day. At night, cuts my sleep short and makes it poor quality. Conundrum.
