Off medication, I seriously struggle with LSAs and an overwhelming amount of OCD-thoughts I find provoke anxiety and a lot of thinking about those thoughts.
ON medication I feel a touch of general anxiety and struggle with intrusive suicidal thoughts that become pretty recurrent.
I do have days where I'm anxiety free.
