As far as I know, there is no evidence whatsoever for using 300mg of ketamine intranasally to treat depression. This is a dose that should also produce potent psychoactive effects, so I'm not even sure whether it could be given to people if it *were* effective for depression. Experience reports of successful use of ketamine for depression (IN or otherwise) are with amounts in the two-digit milligramm sector, and mostly even in the low two-digit sector. I am pretty sure that your current regimen is not going to produce the effects you hope for.
As I said earlier, I think the dose that your doc started you on was already too high. I'm not a doctor, so I'm not going to tell you how to use ketamine, but I think you should prepare yourself for the realization that ketamine won't work for you. I'm really sorry, but I think this is what it is. The difference in bioavailability between IV and IN is not so huge that doses of 100mg, or even multiples of that, would be equivalent to low-dose IV ketamine. If anything, going lower with your dose would seem appropriate.
