But the tinnitus....hmmm...I don't know maybe a lower dose would help, but still it's just kind of worrisome, almost like the body is trying saying the stuff is toxic or something.

Thanks bleauberry. Like you I have a mild tinnitus that gets worse with drugs or stimulatns, it´s not caused but aggravated by escitalopram.Maybe I try taking it at night. Feeling sleepy makes me depressed, I am very tired of this.
Good to know about milnacipran. Unfortunately it is not covered by my health plan like tianeptine, but it is cheaper. I am not sure which one to choose in case I switch.
