Personally, I doubt that. Not trying to bring you down here, but intranasal use is pretty much equivalent to IM or IV where both routes of administration have been compared. That is for example the case for pediatric anaesthesia (anaesthesia for kids). The only thing is that IN use probably has a somewhat lower bioavailability. However, your starting dose of 100mg is high, if not very high. So I doubt you have just taken too little.
Continue using it the way your doctor prescribed, but it's really as I said to JohnLA, ketamine is not a miracle drug, even if some articles in journals sound as if it were. I know what it's like to be disappointed from the effects you got from ketamine, so I'm sorry about that. But don't give up!
