I'm sorry, Ron, but I couldn't help myself. I chuckled rather loudly at this one.On a related topic, did you know that cynicism is the personality trait most associate with death by CVD? I wouldn't have written this had I not had a modicum of interest in your well-being. If you wish, I can produce citations.
I thought that some people would find this information interesting. Cynicism is bad for heart health in the same way that perfectionism is bad for brain health. Personally, I would not be surprised if cynicism were found to be equally damaging to one's psychobiology. In other words, I think cynicism and perfectionism can be mediators of the precipitation and persistence of depression.
